Terms of Service

Effective October 1, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of games and applications published by Arvare Studio ("Arvare," "we," "us"), including ZumaBet, AWKey, Scorched Earth AR, and HollaJola (the "Apps"). By downloading, installing, or using an App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

Our Apps are intended for a general audience in line with their Google Play age rating. If you are under the age required by that rating or by the laws of your region, you may only use an App with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

2. License to use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use our Apps on devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not reverse-engineer, redistribute, or resell an App or its content except as the app store's own terms permit.

3. Virtual currency & virtual items

Some Apps, including ZumaBet, include virtual currency, virtual items, and in-App purchases.

• Virtual currency and items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash, cash equivalent, or any other item of value outside the App.
• Gameplay involving virtual currency (including risk/reward mechanics such as placing a virtual bet) is entertainment only. It is not real-money gambling, and no real-world winnings are ever paid out.
• Virtual currency and items are non-transferable between accounts or players and have no value outside the App in which they were earned or purchased.
• Purchases of virtual currency or items are processed by Google Play under its own payment terms and refund policy.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to: use an App to violate any law; attempt to disrupt or compromise the security of an App or its backend services; use cheats, bots, exploits, or unauthorized third-party software to gain an unfair advantage; or harass other players where an App includes social or multiplayer features.

5. Intellectual property

The Apps, including their design, artwork, code, characters, and names such as "ZumaBet," "AWKey," "Scorched Earth AR," and "HollaJola," are owned by Arvare Studio or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of that intellectual property to you.

6. Service availability

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any App or feature at any time, including during active development or pilot phases (as with Scorched Earth AR and HollaJola). We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Apps are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arvare Studio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, an App, including any loss of virtual currency or items.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to an App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using an App at any time by uninstalling it.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above. Continued use of an App after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
